Parentage: C. Suavior × C. warscewiczii
Kay obtained this plant from "Mrs. Harris" on January 10, 1958, and/or from the Westenberger's on February 5, 1958 — there are two clear entries, both dated, in the same notebook (KF VII / A / 2 p. 23 and p. 24). She intended to send a division to Jerry Kulaja (list of plants to be sent, no date), but it does not appear on any of the lists of plants she actually sent. Also, she wanted a cultivar called 'Circus', and hoped to obtain it from either Chew Wong or Gloria Eckles (Landamar Orchids).
