Label shows Bc. Corintes × Venus [=Bc. Corrientes (according to Kay's inventory), and there is a hybrid Bc. Corrientes × C. Venus (1908) = Bc. Ventes registered in 1949 by Joseph Manda, West Orange, NJ, but it is possible the Venus parent for Kay's plant was one of several others, and the hybrid never registered; Kay's register notes she acquired this plant as back bulbs from Mary King, probably in 1956] — the most likely solution seems to be that Kay's plant was in fact Bc. Ventes, slide processed in September, 1963.
