Its source is not given in Kay's notes, but she had the cultivar 'Galaxy', which received AM/ODC at Long Beach monthly judging on May 28, 1962, exhibited by Mrs. William Andrews. Kay also wanted to obtain other cultivars, and received one from Jerry Kulaja (no cultivar name listed) on May 24, 1967.
