Kay Francis Photo Gallery: Pot. (Candy Kisses × C. Georgie Asder)
Kay gave the seed pod to Ernest Hetherington at Stewart's for sowing on November 8, 1977 (KF I / A p. 8), noting that pollination had occurred in March of 1977. There is no further record of the cross in Kay's notes, but the slide from the Frank Fordyce archive shows that it was successful.
